The staff was all really friendly all went out there way to make sure your stay at hotel was 100% emrullah on reception was all wise full of smiles and helped me when I needed a taxi or if I locked my card in my room so thanks for that mate ira on cleaning was very friendly was also full of smiles also thanks for keeping my room like a palace I am really happy with the service I received thank you

I am very pleased, the entire staff was very kind to me, my room was cleaned every day, my sheets and towels were always changed. I also want to thank Aizhan, she does her job very cleanly, she took care of my room. I recommend this hotel, the service is warm and cozy.🥰
